Dr Pepper Ice Cream


Dr Pepper Ice Cream

2 cups heavy cream
6 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
1 liter of Dr Pepper boiled down till it becomes 1-1/2 cups

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend till silky smooth, place in a pot and stirring constantly, bring to a simmer over medium heat until it thickens slightly.
Then refrigerate until cold then process in a Mr Freeze self freezing ice cream maker.
