Pot De Creme Au Chocolot Keto Style

It was a popular 70's/80's dessert. Its just basically ganache. Whats better than eating a cup of ganache!

Pot De Creme Au Chocolot Keto Style


2 cups half and half
2 bars Lily's Original Chocolate 
1 bar Lilys Milk Chocolate
6 egg yolks

Whisk the eggyolks in a bowl until homogenous and thinned out.

Put the H&H and Chocolate Bars in a pot and bring it to the simmer over medium heat, whisking constantly till chocolate bars are completely melted. Then take off heat and QUICKLY whisk in the egg yolks till smooth, then bring back to the boil for 2 minutes and then turn off heat and pour into small dishes and chill till very luxurious and thick.
Serve
