Smores Funny Cake

A funny cake is an Amish novelty that sees a cake baked in a pie shell. This version sees a graham cracker cake, baked in a graham cracker crust with chocolate chips and marshmallows for character.
Smores Funny Cake

1 1/2 cups pulverized graham crackers
1 cup milk
1 stick butter melted
2 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 t vanilla
1 cup flour
2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1/3 cup mini choco chips

Graham cracker crust
Marshmallows


Preheat oven to 350oF
Whisk all dry ingredients together, then beat all wet ingredients together.
Mix in chocochips
Pour into the Graham Cracker Crust and bake for 45-50 mins

IMMEDIATELY top with mini marshmallows and pop back in oven for 2 mins then take out let cool and serve

Use a kitchen torch to toast the marshmallows, if desired

This experiment left my house smelling fantastic.
