Seafood Salad Pancakes With Lemon Dill Mayonaisse

Making these, my house smelled like I was at a beach house!

Seafood Salad Pancakes

1/2 cup pancake mix
2 eggs
huge handful Old Bay Potato Chips, crushed


Mix all together, form into 10 cakes, fry in a little bit of oil in a pan over medium until golden on both sides.
Transfer to a 350oF oven and bake 10-15 mins, until puffy.

Serve with tartar sauce or this 

 Lemon, Dill Ranch Dipping Sauce
 
1 cup mayo
1 t dried dill
1 T ranch powder
1 t true lemon powder
1 T sugar (optional)
 
Mix and serve
