So creamy and yummy, a nice brunch food,

Spring Sweet Pea Biscuit Bread With Old Fashioned Creamed Eggs\



The Biscuit Bread

4 cups Self Rising flour
2 tsp salt
¾ cup butter, melted
1 bag frozen green sweet peas, thawed
6 chopped scallions
4  eggs
Ranch Dressing mix (Spring Onion flavor)
Preheat the oven to 350oF
Spray a 13x9 pan with Pam 

Whisk together the flour, Salt and Ranch dressing
Puree the peas in a blender or food processor until smooth, add the butter and eggs.and scallions, puree until smooth
Mix both together

Pour into the pan and bake for .............45 mins

Let cool completely

Old Fashioned Creamed Eggs

3 T butter
3 T flour
3 Cups milk
2 t Salt
1 t Pepper
2 T Dijon or Yellow Mustard
12 Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped
Melt the butter and flour together till combined and bubbly, whisk in the milk, salt, pepper and mustard and simmer till thickened. Remove from heat and stir in eggs, spoon over the biscuit bread

So good!
