My Palaak Paneer
1 bag fresh baby spinach
1 Tomato chopped
Cut open the top of the bag of spinach and pop it in the microwave for 1-1/2 minutes.
Pour it into a Vitamix or blender and blend till smooth, add the chopped tomato and again blend till smooth.
Set aside.
1 T oil
1 T butter
Heat oil and butter in a fry pan then add the following, to crackle

1 t Black mustard Seeds
1 t Cumin Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida
1 t Ground Coriander
Kashmiri Chili Powder, to taste
2 Stalks Fresh Curry Leaves
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
Salt, to taste
(MAKE SURE ALL OF THE ABOVE ARE MEASURED AND READY BEFORE HEATING THE OIL AND BUTTER)
Shortly after you add all of the above, add in
Fry till translucent, Then add to the spinach tomato mixture and once again blend till smooth, pour back into the pan and cook 2-3 minutes then add
1 batch Paneer, cubed
Salt, to taste
(MAKE SURE ALL OF THE ABOVE ARE MEASURED AND READY BEFORE HEATING THE OIL AND BUTTER)
Shortly after you add all of the above, add in
1 onion chopped
2 Crushed Garlic ClovesFry till translucent, Then add to the spinach tomato mixture and once again blend till smooth, pour back into the pan and cook 2-3 minutes then add
1 batch Paneer, cubed
Water (if needed)
1/4 cup Heavy cream
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
Let it cook till warmed thru and then serve with
