Retro Recipe Redo #10 Japanese Inspired Tuna Salisbury Steak
1/2 cup Cream of Rice cereal
2 cups water
1 t salt
Place all in a plastic bowl and stir, microwave 2 mins, stir, microwave another 3 mins, stir. When its thickened like Polenta, remove.

1 pound raw tuna steaks
1/4 cup Wasabi Peas
1/4 cup Sushi Ginger
2 T Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Mirin
Place all the above In a food processor and process until smooth and then spoon into a bowl. Put on plastic gloves, spray them with cooking spray and mix in
1/2 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
Make 4 Egg shaped flat patties and fry in a little oil in a medium heat pan, 3 mins each side until golden brown and firm (unless you want your tuna burger medium rare)
Remove and keep warm.

2 T Soy Sauce
2 T Mirin

1 T Potato or Corn Starch
