Pesto Trees with Pretzel Trunks
1/2 pound White Cheddar finely grated
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
Salt and pepper

1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
1 bunch Fresh Basil Leaves
Handful Pinenuts
4 cloves Roasted Garlic (be careful dont use too much)
4 large olives (pimento removed)

Dried Basil or Parsley (for garnish)
Spray THIS MOULD with cooking spray lightly.
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process till a nice green cohesive smooth mixture.
Spoon this mixture into a plastic bag and snip the end off the bag and squeeze the bag to fill the moulds with the mixture. Make sure the mixture gets into the bottoms of the moulds, This recipe makes enough to fill all of the moulds. Level off the mixture with a butter kniife so the bottoms are flat. Place in a fridge to set...
To serve, buy a floral foam or styrofoam block and when set, stick

and then into the foam block.
