I originally bought the mould for these for the Pesto Trees, but they were too big for a bite of cheese, so I made these instead as a bonus and bought another mould for the Pesto Trees

4 blocks cream cheese
2 cups pulverized Starlight Mints (read below)
3/4 cup milk
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup flour
2 cups pulverized Starlight Mints (read below)
3/4 cup milk

1/4 cup flour
Preheat oven to 350oF.
Spray THIS MOULD lightly with baking spray..Blend all ingredients in a Vitamix or Blender Pour filling into moulds. Bake 1/2 hour. Switch the oven off, and let them cool in oven for 3 hours. Refrigerate overnight then demould onto a platter and decorate
