Holiday Harvest Cake
Apple Layer
1 cup flour
1 t baking soda
Dash salt
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 t Apple Pie Spice
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup applesauce
Splash vanilla extract

Cranberry Layer
1-1/4 cup flour
1 t baking soda
Dash salt
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 t Orange Extract
1/2 cup sugar
1 t baking soda
Dash salt
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 t Orange Extract
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Cranberry Sauce
Splash vanilla extract
Splash vanilla extract
Pumpkin Layer
1 cup flour
1/2 t baking powder
Dash salt
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 t Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
Splash vanilla extract
1/2 t baking powder
Dash salt
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 t Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
Splash vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 350oF
Spray 3 identical round pans with cake pan spray (oil and flour type)
Now rapid fire, put all the ingredients for the apple layer in your Vitamix and process till smooth, pour into the first pan.
Rinse out the Vitamix.
Then do the Cranberry layer, Rinse out the Vitamix
Then do the Pumpkin layer.
(You may need a tiny bit of water, to make it move.)

Bake all three in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove, let cool completely and then assemble the tower of cakes with the canned frosting and then decorate with the Autumn Leaves Sprinkles.
Slice and serve.
