Go to the back of a Walgreen's drug store and locate the area where
the BOOST and ENSURE beverages are sold and locate a product called either,
"Thick It" or "Thicken Up"
It comes in 2 types, clear or regular and in 2 sizes.
This is the same ingredient that makes Instant Puddings instantly thick.
Read the back of the package for measuring directions in how much to use
for PUDDING and then add the Milk of your choice, the Sweetener of your choice,
and the Flavorings of your choice.
You can also make it more nutritious, by adding whey protein, or any other protein powder or fiber powder.
