1/2 cup Slivered Roast Almonds
1/2 - 3/4 cup Sunmaid Mixed Jumbo Raisins
1/2 cup Shredded Coconut
3 T Honey
1 cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 cup Packed Brown Sugar

1/3 cup Water
1 pack Knox Gelatin
Spray a 13 x 9 pan with Butter Flavored Pam
Toss the puffed oats, almonds, raisins and coconut together in a big bowl.
Put 1/3 cup of water in a small bowl and sprinkle the Gelatin over the surface. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Put the sugars in a large pot and let them melt over medium high heat.

Continuously stirring with a silicone spoon or spatula. When they are completely melted add the gelatin and stir till its combined and let boil for about 3 mins, again continuously stirring.
Be careful, this is very hot, and when adding the gelatin it may steam up..
Pour over the oats mixture and working very quickly, stir and mix fast til all is covered with the syrup mixture, and then pour into the 13x9 pan and press down gently with a oiled spoon. Let harden completely, then invert onto the counter top and slice with a serrated knife
