Katsu Nuggets
1 plain pork loin, cut into nuggets
1 packet Pork Shake And Bake
A little oil
Coat the pork nuggets in Shake And Bake, and bake in an oiled baking dish at 350F till done to your liking.
Meanwhile make the sauce
Dipping Sauce
2 Squares Golden Curry Roux
1-1/2 to 2 cups water
1 t Chicken boullion
Few Dashes of Pepper
1/4 t Red Pepper Flakes
1/3 cup Ketchup
Put everything in a pot and simmer for 5 mins on low then serve with the nuggets
