Fiery Crystal Fruit Salad
This is the oldest recipe idea in my Food Blogs draft recipe folder. I had an idea in 1999 and I couldn't figure out how to make it happen. I finally figured it out.

CRYSTAL FRUIT
Indian Candied Winter Melon (cut each piece in half)
DRAIN THE LIQUID INTO A BOWL
1 container of Paradise Glazed Cherry-Pineapple blend
1 tub glazed pineapples
1 tub Paradise Glazed Green cherries
Glazed Apricots (cut each in 4s)
Let all fruit drain, then combine
FIERY DRESSING
The liquid from the candied Wintermelon
1 t Lemon/Lime Powder
1 to 2 t Wasabi Powder
1 tiny drop Wintergreen extract
A few drops Champagne essence
Mix together, Marinate the fruit overnight and eat.
Serve with meats or cake, or as a tiny snack.
