Vegan Eggnog


Rich, Creamy, Eggy, Delicious

 

Vegan Eggnog

1 quart of your fave almond milk
sugar or other sweetener to taste
2-3-4 T Besan (The more you add the thicker it will be
Dash Turmeric (for color)
1/2 t nutmeg
1/2 - 1 t black salt (from the Indian Store)
 
Put everything in a blender and blend till smooth, pour into a pot and whisking constantly, bring to a simmer and simmer till slightly thickened

If desired, serve with booze and topped with whipped sweetened Aquafaba.
