Lime, Avocado, Sugar And Butter

A Delight

 

 

 Avocado Cake With Lime Margarita Frosting

 

 

 Preheat the oven to 350F

Grease and flour 2 round pans.

 

Whisk all these things together in a big bowl

 

3 cups flour
1 T baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 1/4 cups sugar
 

 

 Put all these things in a blender and blend till smooth

 

4 eggs
1 T vanilla
1 1/4 cups milk 

1/2 t Lime Oil

1-1/4 cup mashed avocado

green food coloring

 

Pour the batter in the pans and bake 30-35 mins

 

Let cool

 

1-1/2 cups Unsalted Butter

1 packet Franco's Powdered Margarita Mix.

6 cups Powdered sugar

Green Gel Food Coloring 

Put the Francos in a blender and blend till its powder.

Whip the butter till light colored, add the powdered sugar and Margarita mix. Whip till light and fluffy, Frost the cakes

If desired, sprinkle top lightly with flaky sea salt 

AND/OR add booze to the cakes before frosting
