Spicy Soy Burgers
1 Cup Green Roasted Soybeans
1 Cup Regular Roasted Soybeans
1 Cup black Roasted Soybeans
Place The roasted dried salted or unsalted soybeans
in a bowl and pour boiling water over them just till covered for a few hours.
Drain completely
Preheat oven to 350oF
1 small chopped onion
1/2 Cup Corn
1 cup Roasted Mushrooms, chopped
1/2 cup Spicy Salsa
3/4 cup Liquid Vegan Egg or Egg Beaters
1-1/2 cup Italian Breadcrumbs
1/4 cup ketchup
1 Pack Taco Seasoning
1 pack Fajita mix
Salt
Chopped Jalapeno
Pepper
Mix EVERYTHING together thoroughly.
Put Parchment on a cookie sheet and spray with cooking spray and make tight burgers and put them on the parchment and bake, 30 minutes.
Serve in toasted buns, with lettuce, spicy mango sauce and crispy fried onions. Maybe a little cheese
Spicy Mango Sauce
2 cups mango chunks
1 cup Mayo
1 bunch Fresh Basil
1 t Salt
1 deseeded Jalapeno
Puree everything in a blender, serve
