Low Carb Chocolate Babka

 I only had 1 loaf pan so I made it in a square cake pan. So its like a Babka Coffee cake

Low Carb Chocolate Babka

 
Filling
 
1/2 cup Allulose Blend
3/4 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
1/4 t salt
6 ounce bar dark Lilys or any sugarfree Dark chocolate
1 stick butter, diced, at room temperature
2 t vanilla 
 
Put the  Allulose, Heavy Cream and salt in a pot and stir and simmer about 5 minutes until its all melted. Then stir in the chocolate, butter and vanilla until smooth and put in the fridge overnight. 
 
Next day, take the spread out of the fridge and then prepare the dough 

Dough
 
One box King Arthur Keto Pizza Dough prepared with 1/3 cup Swerve/Truvia Brown Sweetener and 3/4th stick melted and cooled butter (instead of the olive oil), risen once and rolled out to a rectangle
 
 This will take an hour and a half.
 




When its rolled out, spread it with the chocolate spread and roll up into a long log,  Cut the log in half and split this log down the middle all the way thru and then twist both halves together and place in either 2 lightly oiled loaf pans or one square cake pan and bake at 350F for 45 minutes to an hour, covering with foil if it gets too brown.
