Turkey Nuggets

 
Crispy and full of flavor and just the right texture
 

Turkey Nuggets
 
2 pounds Ground Turkey (83%)
1 packet Turkey Gravy
2 eggs
1/4 cup odorless/refined Coconut oil
1 cup ice cubes
 
 
Put everything in a food processor and process on high for 7 minutes.
DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP
 
Put the entire mixture in a ziploc bag and smooth out til the mixture is 1/3 an inch thick. Freeze half way.
 
While its freezing, pulverize a box of Turkey Stovetop Stuffing and add 1/2 cup flour and put in a bowl.
Crack 2 eggs in another bowl and beat it up.
Buy or make nugget cutters.
Heat up oil in a pot to 200oF 




Take the turkey slab out of the freezer and cut nuggets out of the slab and dip in egg first, then the stuffing flour mixture and fry till golden.
With the scraps of the slab make balls then flatten and egg and flour and fry

Drain on paper towels.
Serve.

Cranberry BBQ

1 small can Cranberry sauce (or half a big can)
2 T vinegar
1 T Worcestershire
1/4 t onion powder
1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 t salt

ZHUZH and boil in a small pot 3 mins and serve.
