Chocolate Hummus Cookies

 Chocolate Hummus Cookies

 

1 tub Original hummus Cedars

1 box deluxe chocolate cake mix (not brownies)

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1 T instant espresso

1 egg

 

sesame seeds

 

Preheat the oven to 350oF

Place a sheet of parchment on a cookie sheet.

 

Combine the hummus, egg, Espresso, chips and cake mix in a bowl

And mix thoroughly with gloved hands.

Break off balls and coat with sesame seeds and place on the cookie sheet

and bake 15 minutes, the cookies will crack

Let cool completely

Serve
