Seafood Loaf

Sliced, dredged in flour salt and pepper, deep fried and served on a Kaiser with Mayo and my own Seafood Ketchup

Seafood Loaf

1 bag of frozen flounder from Aldi
1 bag frozen Raw jumbo shrimp (Aldi) shelled
1 Pack Imitation Crab
2 packs Aldi Smoked Salmon
2 T Old Bay
1/2 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
2/3 cup Egg Whites
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, pulverized
1 cup water and ice cubes
1/3 cup each Red pepper, green pepper, onion, carrot and celery, finely chopped
3 T Franks hot sauce

Puree all the seafood in a Vitamix with the ice and water until a homogeneous paste is formed.
Do it in 2 batches.
Then pour in a big bowl with everything else and mix thoroughly and pour into 2 oiled loaf pans

Bake at 350oF for 1 hour

Cool it, slice it, fry slices in a buttered pan and

Serve on Kaiser rolls with my delicious Seafood Ketchup lettuce and mayo
