Seafood Ketchup

The ketchup on my seafood loaf

Seafood Ketchup

1/3 cup tomato paste

2 T Lemon Juice

3+ T Franks hot sauce

1/3 cup HOT broiled fish drippings (or seafood broth and butter)

1/4 cup sugar

1 T Old Bay

Salt and pepper

Mix everything together, serve
