Savory Breakfast Trail Mix

A high protein, savory breakfast on the go, Its a crunchy breakfast you can eat with no mess!
Savory Breakfast Trail Mix

Oatmeal Clusters or Bagel Chips
Bacon Jerky (7-11, Jack Link or Slim Jim), cut into strips

Mix together and store in an air tight container with silica gel and oxygen absorbers (you can use the one from the Jerky pack) Use within 3 days or store in the fridge. But it will keep in your purse or backpack for 3 days.

Serve in Ziplock bags that you can munch on, on the way to school or work.

Oatmeal Clusters

2 cups Quick Cook Oats, Toasted
2 packs plain Knox Gelatin
1 cup Water

Sprinkle the gelatin over the water in a bowl to soften, then microwave till dissolved.
Pour half over the oats in a bowl, stir thoroughly and then crumble onto a sheet pan into clusters and let dry.
