White Pumpkin Cake

White cake mix, dressed up with home baked and pureed WHITE Pumpkin and Coffeemate Pumpkin Spice creamer. Delicately flavored, it will be gone like a ghost in no time.

White Pumpkin Cake


1 box White cake mix
1-1/2 Cups White pumpkin puree (home made)
1/2-3/4 cup pumpkin spice coffee creamer
2 heaping T powdered egg whites
1 T White Food Color (optional)

Preheat the oven to 350oF
Grease and flour 2 round pans

OR

Grease and flour two round pans and set a large steamer on the stove to boil, to prevent browning

Puree the pumpkin, Egg White Powder and Creamer and food color (if using) in a blender, till smooth, add it to a big bowl with the cake mix and beat until smooth, pour into the pans evenly and smooth out.

Bake or steam for 30 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool on racks, before frosting


Frost with black frosting. Or green for Halloween
