Mexican Meatloaf

So good you will make this often
Mexican Meatloaf

2 packages Perdue ground chicken
1 package Stove Top CORNBREAD stuffing
2 eggs
12 cup sweet corn, drained
1 diced tomato
1/2 cup drained black beans
3+ T Franks hot sauce
small can green chilis
1 package Taco Bell Taco Seasoning

 Preheat the oven to 350oF

Mix all of the above by hand (use gloves if wanted) till completely mixed, Pat into a loaf pan and place in the oven until it registers 170oF in the middle

Pour on Taco Sauce and cheese, put back in the oven and bake until melted, bubbly and good.
Remove from oven let sit 10 mins then slice and eat with extra taco sauce.
