Meanwhile mix the following together

1/2 cup from a pouch Martha White Yellow Cornbread Mix (make sure it has no sugar in the ingredients!!!)
1 egg
1 to 1-1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup Powdered Fritos

Adjust the milk till its the consistency of thick pancake batter

Pop out the balls, toss in flour, then put on a water soaked skewers or sticks and dip in the corn batter to completely coat the balls ,and fry in hot (350oF)  vegetable oil till golden. 5-10 mins.
To prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the pot, have another person hold a few suspended in the oil not touching the pot bottom for at least 2 minutes to set.
