Soul-O-Kopita


Soul-O-Kopita

1 large can Collard Greens, drained
1 Stick Cracker Barrel Jalapeno Cheese, Grated
1 cup Ricotta Cheese
chopped cooked bacon
Tabasco

Mix everything above well.

1 package of Puff Pastry

Bake one sheet of puff pastry in a baking pan at 430 until its puffed and golden. Take out and then spread the above mixture over the baked puff pastry. Top with the second sheet of puff pastry and bake till puffy, golden and the cheese has melted. Cut into triangles and eat.

Serve with extra Tabasco
