Juicy Fried Hot Dogs With Dirty Hot Dog Cart Water (Dip) and Cheesy Pickled Hushpuppies

Hebrew National Jumbo Hot Dogs Or A Package Of Little Smokies Cocktail Wieners, patted dry

1 cup Water

1/3 to 1/2 cup Flour

 

Mix these two together in a bowl and dip the Hot Dogs in, then coat in sufficient 

 

My Popeyes Fry Flour 

 

to cover and fry in oil till crisp and golden, drain on paper towels, serve immediately with the Dirty Hot Dog Cart Water dip below and the Hushpuppies

  

 

Dirty Hot Dog Dip Water

 

1 cup V8

1 cup prepared Johnnys French Dip Au Jus  

1/2 stick Butter, melted 

2 T Dijon

2 T Ketchup

2 Cloves Garlic, pressed

2 T White Vinegar 

Half Raw Onion finely chopped

Hot sauce of choice 

 

Boil this for 2 minutes 

Serve Hot 

 

 

Sweet Relish And Red Hot Pepper Hushpuppies 

 

1 Martha White Cornbread Pouch  

1 egg 

1/3 cup Milk

1/4 cup Flour

 

Mix all of the above, then mix in the following 

 

2 T Chopped Hot Cherry Peppers

1/2 cup shredded Cheese 

2 T  Sweet Relish

 

After frying the hot dogs, fry Tablespoons of the Hushpuppy mixture till golden, drain on papertowels
