Magic After Thanksgiving Stuffing Bread

2 t active dry yeast
1 t sugar
1/2 Stick, softened Butter
3 to 3-1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose or bread flour
2 t Knorr Chicken Broth Powder
1 t Parsley
Put all in a food processor with the plastic blade or in a Kitchen Aid with dough hook and knead 2 minutes. Put in a bowl (NO OIL) and cover with plastic wrap and let rise until doubled and tripled.
Preheat oven to 350F
Dump out on a dry counter and roll up and place in a greased loaf pan and bake 30 mins or until it sounds hollow when you tap the bottom
Cool, Slice and Pack with Turkey, and other Thanksgiving Leftovers.
OR make it anytime of the year and eat as 1970s Hot Samiches with Gravy.
Or gild the lily and make into more stuffing.
