Crispy, Spicy, Juicy, Delicious!
Hasselback Tofu
One block extra firm tofu, cut in 3 blocks, then cut in the traditional Hasselback "shape"
4 T Vegan chicken bouillion POWDER
Put the tofu in a bag and douse in the Chicken Bouillion, marinate overnight
1 cup Flour
S&P
Next day carefully coat in salt and pepper seasoned flour (make sure to get the flour inside the cuts.)
Deep fry till golden and crispy
Top with the topping
Toppings
Chilis
Scallions
Salt and Pepper
Oil
Fry the chilis and chopped scallions in oil and salt and pepper spoon over top
Try Gochuchang
Soy Sauce
Fried garlic and Onions
Chopped pickled ginger
Serve with rice
