Keto/Low Carb Cheesy Spaghetti Bake
6 slices, DELI American cheese, room temp
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup half and half
1/4th a green pepper, minced
1/4th a red pepper, minced
15-25 Frozen Mama Lucia Italian Meatballs, thawed
A Jar of Sugar Free Marinara
Mozzarella Cheese to Top
Preheat the oven to 350F
Oil a Square Baking Dish
Start Cooking the Pasta, cook it for 25 minutes
As soon as the Pasta is cooked, Drain, put back in the pot and add the cheeses and half and half and stir till its all melted on the pasta
Put into the baking dish.
Meanwhile saute the peppers and meatballs in a little oil in a pan, breaking them up till its like ground beef. Add a jar of Marinara and mix thoroughly,
Pour over the Pasta, top with Mozz and bake till hot and bubbly.
Serve
