Gingersnap Mustard BBQ Pork Chops
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Molasses
2 t Ground Ginger
1 t cumin
1 t salt
1 t pepper
1/2 t cloves
1 t cinnamon
1 t cumin
1 t salt
1 t pepper
1/2 t cloves
1 t cinnamon
1 t Liquid Smoke
Boil all in a pot for 5-8 minutes, till its thicker than it was.
Serve on cooked Pork or Ribs Topped with
3 T Whole Seed Mustard
For Extra Pizzazz Top with
1/3 cup Fried Onions
1/3 cup pulverized bacon
