Kinky Line #5: Big Hot Chicken Balls

 

 Spicy, Warm, Balls Of Buffalo Pulled Chicken with Onion, Peppers and Cheese..
 
Big Hot Chicken Balls
 
 
4 well trimmed and cleaned boneless skinless chicken thighs (Aldi) Or 1 pack of smalls.
1/2 stick a butter, melted
1/4 cup Franks Hot Sauce
 
Pressure Cook the thighs in chicken broth 30 minutes, take out and chop, then mix the butter and Franks and mix in the chopped chicken
 
1 small onion sliced 
1/2 a red pepper, sliced
1/2 green pepper, sliced
oil
Salt and Pepper
Dried Oregano
 
Saute the onion and peppers in oil and season with salt and pepper and 1/2 a t Oregano, until tender and translucent.  
 
Mix with the chicken, and set aside to cool
 
 Put parchment on a cookie sheet, preheat the oven to 425F,
 
Cut 6 large circles of  
 
 Puff Pastry
 
To the cooled chicken mixture add  
 
 1 cup shredded muenster cheese.
2 handfuls crispy fried onions 
 
Make 6 balls with this mixture 
 
 Then put these balls on each puff pastry round and close up into a ball (carefully stretching the dough to close), place on the parchment and bake till hot and golden, serve with a fork and Blue Cheese Dressing
