Spicy Cheesy Kimchi Chicken


This is for 2 servings

4 Perdue Perfect Portions Chicken Breasts
Tones Lemon Pepper
Oil Spray

Spray the George Foreman type grill with spray, Put the chicken breasts on, sprinkle with Tones and cook till done (6-10 mins)
Cut into chunks and mix with

1 cup home made Kaktoogi (Korean Radish Kimchi) microwave til warm.

2 T butter
2 T flour
2/3 cup Milk
6 slices Mozzarella

 Melt the butter and flour in a pot, till bubbly, whisk in the milk
Season with salt and pepper if you wish, add the mozzarella and stir till melted,
Divide the chicken/kimchi mixture into 2 bowls
Pour the sauce over all..
