Sugar Free Reduced Carb Butter Mochi Cake
1/2 cup Mochiko
1-1/2 cups Cellulose Powder
2 packets Konjac Powder
1-1/2 cups Swerve
2 T baking powder
1/2 cup melted butter
5 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 can of coconut milk

Preheat the oven to 375oF
Grease a square pan
Whisk together the Mochiko, Konjac, Swerve and Baking powder
Beat together the Butter, Eggs, Vanilla and coconut milk
Then beat it all together, and pour into the baking dish.
