2 cups fresh picked, washed Jack Of The Hedge (leaves only)
1 cup roasted pecan butter
1/2 cup Parmesan
2 T lemon juice (optional)
1 t salt
Pepper if wanted
Buzz it all together in a Vitamix, adding Olive oil if its too thick, serve over pasta
