1 cup Mochiko (Glutinous Rice Flour)
1 Cup Water
1 Block any brand vegan Mozzarella or Cheddar, completely grated
1 t Nutritional Yeast
1/2 t salt
Turmeric (if you want the cheese to have color)
Mix the Mochiko and Water in a bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, Stir
Microwave for another minute, Stir...
Repeat until this mass is no longer white opaque but translucent.
Add the cheese, yeast, salt and turmeric and place into a VITAMIX and process on Variable, number 1 with the tamper, until its soupy (the Vitamix motor might trip off)
Slice thin for samiches or grate for pizzas
This is only for use as a hot ingredient, NOT cold.
Cold, the texture is not suitable for eating.
Put some Marmite under that and you have good Vegan British Eats
and it shreds and makes pizza cheese
