StirMax Caramelized Onions And Cheesesteak

 

 

This was 6 onions. I could have let it go longer (it was going for 80 mins) but I was hungry for the Cheesesteak.

 

 

 

A year ago I bought a StirMax MultiCooker to make a cheese sauce concept I was thinking about. I never got around to doing that, BUT,

I have used it to make Home Roasted Almonds and Caramelized Onions.

Nothing BURNS cause it is a self stirring pot. Just plug it in, put your ingredients in and turn it on and walk away, it cooks and stirs it

I made caramelized onions this morning, then added my shaved steak to make a cheesesteak, It cooked it all in the same pot and keeps it warm.
