Amish Food: Hot Bacon Dressing

 

 Freshly Fried Chicken Strips With A Side Of Spinach Salad With Hot Bacon Dressing.  Sehr Lecker!

 Amish Food: Hot Bacon Dressing

1 package John Martin bacon (Wawa) Cooked and crisp

1/4 to 1/2 Cup sugar or Allulose
1-1/2 T flour
1 t Dijon mustard
1 egg

1/4 cup White Vinegar
1/2 cup milk

Salt 

Pepper 

Break up the bacon into bite sized chunks and put it in a pot.

Beat all the other ingredients together (put it all in a Magic Bullet) and pour over the bacon and bring to a simmer over medium and stir till thickened. Pour over Spinach Leaves.
