Spicy, and Full Of Jamaican Flavors
Jamaican Ackee Guacamole
1 Can Ackee, drained
Scotch Bonnet hot sauce
4 T Lime Juice
1 T Fried Garlic
1 small Onion, chopped
1/2 t fresh Thyme
1/2 cup roasted Cashews
Salt and Pepper
Fry the Onion in a little oil till translucent, Let cool
Then put everything except the Ackees in a Vitamix and buzz till smooth
Pour into a bowl and add the Ackees and mash it all together, Serve...
