Shrimp Cocktail Alfredo

This is not spicy, because heat dulls the spiciness of horseradish. Its perfection

 

Shrimp Cocktail Alfredo

 

1 can Cherry Tomatoes

1 tub refrigerated Alfredo sauce

1 onion chopped

1 lb raw Shrimp, chopped

1/4 cup Horseradish

pasta

parsley

EVOO

Salt and Pepper


Fry the onion in a little oil with salt and pepper until translucent and then add the tomatoes and fry a lil, then add the Alfredo and let it bubble a bit then add the shrimp and cook till pink. Add the parsley. Turn off the heat and add the horseradish, stir, let stand a few minutes. Then serve over pasta...
