Peaches And Cream Bavarian

 

1 1/4 cups heavy cream
1 packet Knox
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar or Monkfruit
5 egg yolks
1 1/4 cups whipped cream

2 oz pulverized Freeze Dried Peaches (Sugarfree if you are making this Keto)

Directions

Put the heavy cream and peaches in a Vitamix and buzz till smooth

Sprinkle the Gelatin over the milk in a plastic bowl

Pour the cream, sugar and egg yolks into a pot and whisk it together and simmer until thickened

Add the milk/gel mixture and stir to dissolve

Cool until room temp

When cool completely, beat in the peach powder, then

    Fold in whipped cream and pour mixture into a loaf pan to set overnight in the fridge

Unmold, and serve
