Tomato Cheesecake In A Black Pepper Crust

 


Its a Quichey Cheesecake thats packed with Flavor


Tomato Cheesecake In A Black Pepper Crust


3-8 oz packs of reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  5 eggs
3 T flour
  1/2 cup Kraft grated Parmesan Cheese 
1/4 cup chopped oil packed sundried tomatoes
Fresh Basil 
1/4 t garlic powder
salt and pepper

Preheat the oven for 375oF

Whisk all the above ingredients together and set aside

1-1/2 sticks butter
1-1/2 cups flour
1 t Tones Lemon Pepper
1/4 t pepper

Mix the  crust ingredients together and press into a pie plate, then pour the above mixture into the pan and smooth the top to even, then Cover with sliced Heirloom tomatoes
Drizzle with olive oil and cracked pepper

Bake 1 hour, then switch off the oven and let it sit in there undisturbed for another hour.

Take out and serve warm
