Pickles And Ice Cream Poke Cake

Perfect for a pregnant mom on her Baby Shower

Pickles And Ice Cream Poke Cake


3 cups Self Rising Flour
2 cups (pint) Melted Ice Cream
2 eggs
1/2 cup water (if the ice cream you choose is too thick)

Preheat oven to 350oF
Spray a 9x13 pan with baking spray

Mix the above together thoroughly and pour into the pan and bake for 25-30 mins

Remove and poke holes all over the top and pour on the Pickle Jello Syrup

 1-1/2 Cups water
1 pack Knox
1 cup sugar
Green Food Color

Simmer all till sugars dissolved

Stir in
2 T Pickle Popcorn Seasoning

Pour it all over the cake
Let cool completely
And top with Cool Whip.
