4 lb Super ripe tomatoes, washed
3 T Horseradish or to taste
1 T Worcestershire
1 T hot sauce, or to taste
1/4 cup Lime-Lemon Juice
1 t celery seed
1 T salt
1/4 t pepper
3-4 cups of water
Process all ingredients together in a Vitamix, in batches.
Lay a muslin (NOT CHEESECLOTH) cloth in a large colander over a bowl and pour the puree in. Let it all drip thru.
when its all done dripping, add 3-4 cups water TO THE PULP and stir the tomato pulp to release more tomato goodness, pick up the cloth and squeeze more liquid out.
Discard the pulp
Pour the liquid into a LARGE pot and lett it come to a boil.
This will cause the liquid to clarify, clear liquid will separate and solids will drop to bottom.
Let cool and carefully pour the liquid into a pitcher, leaving the red solids in the pan.\
Taste it, It will taste like Bloody Mary Mix
Add Vodka to taste
