Fritos Ice Cream

The toasted corn flavor shines thru
Fritos Ice Cream

1 quart Light Cream
2 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
1 bag Fritos corn chips


Lightly crush the Fritos
Pour the cream in a pot with the Fritos, and bring to a simmer over medium.
Take off heat and let steep 20 mins.

Strain out the Fritos and let the cream cool completely.
Add the egg yolks, and sugar and whisk thoroughly till silky smooth. Bring back to a boil, and whisk til, a bit thickened.
Remove from heat and cool completely before processing in a Ice Cream maker...
Serve topped with extra Fritos
