 Crispy Golden Nuggets

 

1-2-3 or 4 Cans, Canned Potatoes, drained very well

Oil

Deep Fryer

Salt 

Pepper

Food Safe Spray Gold Glitter. 

 

 Heat up a pot with oil to 260F, and drop the potatoes in, fry til they are golden brown. drain on paper towels, season with salt and pepper and then spray with Gold Food Spray

 

 

Cheesy Chimichurri

    1 bunch parsley, washed

    3 T red wine vinegar
    4  garlic cloves, pressed
    2 t oregano
    2 t red pepper flakes
Salt and Pepper
    1/2 cup olive oil

 

Buzz in a blender till smooth

 

add 2-3 Tablespoons of the Chimichurri to 

 

3 inches White Velveeta, melted

 

Serve with the Nuggets
