Pani Puri Chickpeas
2 cans chickpeas
1/2 an Onion, schopped
1 can Diced Artichoke Bottoms
1 diced Tomato
Toss all of the above with 2 T Olive Oil and bake on a cookie sheet at 350F
Till a little crunchy, Add the dressing and boondi
Dressing
1 bunch Mint, washed, stems discarded
1 T Pani Puri Masala Powder
1 t Lime juice Powder
1 t Cumin
1 t Chaat Masala
1 chopped Green Chili
Salt & pepper
1 t Lime juice Powder
1 t Cumin
1 t Chaat Masala
1 chopped Green Chili
Salt & pepper
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup water
Puree in a blender
