Marigold And Onion Stuffed Pork
Pork
1 Boneless Pork Roast, butterflied into a flat rectangle
Salted and Peppered
Butter
Stuffing
2 slices bread
1/2 t salt
1 Finely Chopped Marigold Plant (Flowers and leaves and any tender parts)
1 Onion, Chopped
T chicken boullion
Pepper
Pulse this in a food processor until fine, add a
1/2 stick butter melted
Spread this over the rectangle and roll up,
Sear all over and roast in a 350F oven till it is done to your preferences
Serve with rice
