Greek Alfredo
1 box pasta, cooked
1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives
1 bag baby spinach
Sliced Chicken Strips
Feta Bechamel
2 cups milk
2 T butter
2 T flour
1 box Athenos Feta Crumbles
1/2 block of white cheddar (shredded)
Pepper
Melt the butter and flour in a pot until bubbly, Whisk in the milk, then the cheeses. Season with salt and pepper. Add in the spinach and olives and Chicken and serve.
